This company was founded by interpreters and it is own, managed and operated by interpreters. You may ask yourself, why would I choose to use this company? I would like to answer your question with the following brief story:
My father told me the following story: In a factory, a machine stopped, so the entire assembly line was stopped. Those responsible for maintenance, after vain attempts to fix it, alerted an external technician to solve the problem. When he arrived, he looked at the machine and pressed a small green button on the bottom of the machine. At that moment the machinery began to work, and the managers breathed a sigh of relief. Before leaving, the external operator drew up the following invoice:
And he wrote the invoice again ... when he handed it in, it said:
I would like to highlight with this short story, the importance of continuous learning and that in many cases the value of work does not lie in pressing the button but in the hours of study, tests, practice and training necessary to know which button to press.

Professional interpreters are not only trained to perform the interpretation job, but many of them hold another career. They study, practice and always struggle auto evaluating themselves in order to improve their renditions.
Professional interprets follow National and International Standards and a Code of Ethics. Professional interpreters know that not every word has a specific meaning in a different language, so by being native speakers or by perfecting the use of their language pair, they know how to express the sprit, the content and not only the idea.
Over 20 years of experience in the Interpretation and Translation Field. Licensed and Principal Instructor of “The Beacon Interpreter Training”
Jose Alfredo Herrera is a Mexican immigrant, originally born in the Yucatan Peninsula. In 1989, he moved to the US, specifically to the Los Angeles area, where he developed a 14-year career on Public Health. In 2006, he relocated to Georgia, at the Cartersville area. Through his community involvement, immediately identified the huge need of professional interpreters to cover the needs of those limited English speakers in the area. He began offering his services as an interpreter at a local law firm, schools and other places where he was required. He discovered that it was kids at schools and naive interpreters those helping others. That’s why, on October 30, 2011, Language link LLC was born and rapidly welcomed in the area by schools, court houses and other institutions. But soon discovered that there was other two companies with the same name in the West coast, one with excellent reputation. The name was given to the Company and for 8 years survived building its own path and credibility. On January 1, 2019 the Company finally changed names to Beacon Link, LLC All of these years, Beacon Link, it’s been honored to serve multiple school districts in and out of the state of Georgia, Judicial Circuits, Case Management, Independent Adjusters, Insurance Companies, immigration and the Workers Compensation Industry. Beacon Link built its own professionals’ database, and now has over 15,000 interpreters nationwide, including American Sign Language, and a worldwide network of professional translators in basically all fields. Only for on-site/in person interpretation, we have facilitated at the moment, an average of 13,114 interpreter service hours. For years, José Alfredo provided the opportunity to all of those people that approached him and express her desire to become professional interpreters. After taking a refreshing 40-hour medical interpreter training in Georgia, he developed his own mini curriculum and devoted his time to provide people with the basic structure to perform the job; allowing everyone to individually pursue their professional growth. The incumbent produced excellent results, for which I personally feel that any time invested to this task, was very well invested. In 2017, José Alfredo become a licensed interpreter trainer, so now Beacon Link has the capacity to train it’s own interpreters in the Educational, Medical and Community Interpreter fields.
